Im so excited about this sweet and tangy Cranberry Jam!!! After all of our Christmas parties and excitement, I always have a couple of bags of cranberries left! But let nothing waist. Those delicious red, and crisp cranberries, can be transformed into a scrumptious and smooth jam that will leave your whole family happy to finish off the holiday festivities!
  • 3 bags cranberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups sugar
  1. In a large pot, add your washed cranberries, orange juice, and sugar. Mix this all in, and let your pot come to a full boil.
  2. Once your pot comes to a boil, decrease your heat to medium, low and let simmer for 30 minutes, mixing occasionally so the bottom doesn't burn or stick.
  3. In your pot or a large bowl, using a blender or a hand blender, blend your cranberries until fully mixed.
  4. Add cranberries back to your pot, and simmer for another 30 minutes, on a low simmer, mixing occasionally. Your jam with start to thicken.
  5. Turn off oven and let your jam cool down. Once cool add to your jars, and refrigerate! Enjoy with bread, oatmeal, or your favorite pancakes!
  6. Can last in the fridge up to a month.
